Mistletoe Rock supports the JBJ Soul Kitchen, a non-profit Community Restaurant, run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation that has served food to both paying and in-need customers for over ten years. There are no prices on their menu and if you are unable to pay the suggested donation, they still feed you a delicious meal in a warm, welcoming setting – no questions asked. They have served almost 200,000 meals, half of which were funded through donations and half earned through volunteering. Bon Jovi, a New Jersey naive, has been serving local communities "to break the cycle of hunger, poverty and homelessness," according to his foundation's mission. The Foundation started its work through the localized efforts of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Team and its celebrity owners (which included Jon Bon Jovi). The Foundation quickly expanded by developing, promoting, and assisting in innovative and long-lasting solutions to rebuilding pride in one’s self and one’s community – one SOUL at a time.
Ashley had the most marquee position available during the Mistletoe Rock Radiothon in an effort to increase awareness and funds to support those in need.
